Riders’ Notes
-
All riders must produce their current BC licence or pay the appropriate day fees.
-
Registered colours and approved crash helmets must be worn. No unauthorised advertising shall be permitted.
-
A double body number shall be worn. Do not fold the number.
Please park considerately at all times, whether in the HQ village or on the course. Be courteous to residents and other road users.
-
The first ten positions in each race will be posted at the event. As bunch finishes are the rule, this makes judging very difficult – if you think you gained a top ten place, please wait to check your position.
-
Prizes will be awarded at the HQ as soon as possible after each race.
-
Signing on will close at 1.30pm each week.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Riders should be courteous to residents, other road users and race officials. You should abide by the rules of the road and even though you are racing, you have no special privileges.
Furthermore you are reminded that the marshals are not there to stop the traffic and you should follow their instructions.
Riders displaying discourteous, offensive or abusive behaviour may be disqualified. Officials will be instructed to take the numbers of such riders.
